FLAUNT YOUR FACE

FLAUNT YOUR FACE

Most of us ladies have at one point been encouraged to "put your shoulders back" or "keep your chin up" as a posture habit communicating confidence and poise via body language. Typically most of us respond to these kinds of cues and consciously or subconsciously conclude an attitude of general self-assurance. Another less common suggestion I'm dabbling in lately is "pull your hair back." Whether you realize it or not, having that luscious sexy hair OUT of your face can actually communicate an even bigger statement as a STRONG ASS WOMAN. I was initially inspired by a local lady-boss friend who I noticed often had her glory hair pulled back away from her face. Her look seemed to exude more confidence and strength than any other female in the room. I also took notice of the mornings I woke up ready to flaunt MY face. More times than not, it was because I was having a "good skin day-" which directly affects my attitude and kick starts my daily dose of confidence. There are days I'm ready to engage and commit to all my interactions and tasks...aaaaand there are days that I'm just not. It's totally okay to have both, but don't get stuck behind your hair. Stay open to the opportunity of showing a different side of yourself. The mental boost you can get to tackle your day might just be a ponytail away. (..aaaaaand I kinda hate how that rhymes)
